Change of mind returns
If you wish to return a products please contact know+GROW within 14days of purchase. If you wish to return the items purchased they MUST be in original packaging and not opened. Once a product has been opened we are unable to offer a return. If the product is returned to know+GROW in satisfactory condition a credit note will be issues to the value of the product. Return postage will be borne by the customer.
Faulty item returns
know+GROW will require proof of purchase and 3 photos of product before providing a faulty item remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where and item is damaged through misuse, abnormal or accidental damage, know+GROW will not provide a refund or replacement. know+GROW also can take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, and consider the following factors: the type of products, the length of time the products is likely to be used, the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
For any faulty item, for free return postage please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The item will need to be returned prior to any processing of refund or replacement.
Incorrect item return
In the event that the wrong item is shipped to you please contact email@example.com with proof of purchase and 3 photos to proceed with rectifying the issue.
